The 2010 Malaysia Taiwan Culture Art
( The First Station - Exhibition held in Johor)
By : Taiwanese Artist Tsai Chen Yin
*To promote Malaysian & Taiwanese Chinese Culture
* To encourage good social atmosphere
** To improve understanding of local culture
* To promote arts and cultural life
* To enhance cultural exchanges of art , science and technology
State Assembly Man , Mr. Mok Chek Hou will officiate the opening of the exhibition on Saturday , 4th December 2010 at 7 pm at Malaysia Chinese Association Center , Johor Bahru.
Tsai Chen Yin is from Taiwan , graduated from Taiwan Chinese Cultural University ,majoring in Fine Art . He was teaching Arts for many years in Taiwan. He later furthered his study in Fine Art Education in National Taiwan University. Over the years , he has won a string of awards in Taiwan and Japan .
Mr.Tsai travel around Malaysia has inspired him to promote our rich culture through his Arts . He hope his art exhibition will help to promote to the younger generation to better understand the Culture of Malaysia . With the Tsai’s extensive skills in his Art in Taiwan , , he wish to further enhance the promotion of Arts through cultural assimilation . Mr.Tsai also hoping that his Arts will help to promote local tourism and brings more meaning to the people of Malaysia . With this , he hope to promote our Malaysian and Taiwanese culture to the eyes of the world in the near future .
The 2011 Malaysia Taiwan Culture Art Journey Oil Painting Exhibition is very meaningful. Through this exhibition, we can promote art and cultural exchanges .

“2010年 馬台文化藝術之旅油画美展“将在于2010年12月4日至11日，地点：马来西亚新山陈旭年街49号（新山马来西亚华人文化协会）。主办单位：马來西亚新山中华公会辖下陈旭年文化街委员会(主席:莫泽浩州议员) 与新山迪尔赛专业设计学院(院长:梁国娟女士)。
开幕时间订于2010年12月4日, 晚上7点，将恭请 莫泽浩州议员主持开幕典礼。敬请光临———
蔡震穎畢業於台灣中國文化大學美術系，他的作品在台灣及日本多次獲獎。熱心文化美術教育的他早年曾回到台灣師範大學進修教育學，並在台灣擔任美術教職工作多年。他退休後，與家人旅居大馬。。
來自台灣的蔡震穎結合他在大馬生活的經驗，呈現了大馬另一風格與特色的繪畫作品。從事教育工作的蔡震穎透露，他希望通過畫展，讓年輕習畫者瞭解繪畫文化藝術, 2010年開始推動文化藝術工作，這是他們的心願，希望有機會能在馬來西亞多貢獻一點點所學。
画家—蔡震颖先生有一个信念就是推广我国文化艺术，让文化艺术有更深刻的印象与认识，并通过艺术展览活动，让现代人的心灵和文化艺术同化，画家很热爱我国的文化与大馬自然的环境，同时也希望能推动本地文化艺术教育，提升我国真正生活艺术的价值和精神，并将艺术推向另一个高峰，让我国文化艺术能够发扬光大，也能促进本地观光旅遊的澎勃发展﹐画家非常热衷与积极的推广此项深远又有意义的活动。
